Bianca Rayner

Every single day, Bianca Rayner asks of herself “Did I make life better for someone today”? For the entirety of her career and her adult life, she has focused on this intention. Born in Ecuador, Bianca came to the United States to attend high school at age fourteen. She has kept her mantra close to her heart with every relationship that she has formed along her path. It defines who she is to today.

Bianca has lived and worked in Connecticut, Georgia, Iowa, North Carolina, South Carolina and Texas. She earned her BA in Business Administration – Finance and Accounting with a minor in marketing at Western Connecticut State University. She has worked as a cost manager and as cost accountant. She has worked as a financial operations controller and as a senior finance manager. In the span of her career, Bianca has developed expertise in strategic financial planning and analysis, financial cost and business modeling and in management at all levels. Her desire to make life better for the people whose lives she touched drove her every day.

Owning her location of Succentrix Business Advisors, is the culmination of many years of dreams in the making. Bianca desired to come back to Georgia to be close to her oldest daughter, son in law and two grandsons. Today, Bianca and Ron (her husband of thirty five years) live with their youngest daughter, Stephanie, in their forever home in Georgia. Marrying her love of delivering stellar financial results with her love of family, truly allows Bianca the opportunity to make life better for her clients while making her own dreams come true.
